Ryan J. Fisher
Attorney and Founder Ryan Fisher is the sole founder and creator of Ryan J. Fisher, APC. Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. A few months later, Ryan began his legal education at the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Throughout his three years in law school, Ryan expanded his legal education by working both in the courtroom as well as in private practice. Ryan worked for the Honorable Daniel Buckley, Supervising Judge at the Stanley Mosk Civil Courthouse in Downtown Los Angeles. The following year, Ryan worked for Kendrick, Jackson, & Kearl, a civil litigation law firm located in Irvine, California. Ryan acted as in-house counsel for Shift-S3ctor LLC during all three years of law school as well. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern, Ryan went on to pass the California Bar Examination on his first try.
During his first semester of law school, Ryan co-founded Shift-S3ctor LLC (www.shift-s3ctor.com), a high-profile motorsports event company. While acting as a full time law student, Ryan was able to create and grow a passion-based hobby into a multi-state business. Shift-S3ctor now hosts racing events in several states with a growing social media following of over 150,000 individuals. Shift-S3ctor has attained international recognition and has been featured on programs such as Jay Leno’s Garage.
Ryan has consulted with management and owners in various fields including without limitation sporting and event companies, motorsports entities, racing teams, apparel companies, product manufacturers, technology companies, real estate and property management entities, restaurants, fitness organizations, and media and promotional businesses. He uses his legal knowledge and business experience to help a variety of companies reach their full potential and navigate obstacles. Ryan also serves as legal counsel for Pacific Sun Financial, an investment advisory firm located in Orange County, California. In addition, he serves as the estate planning attorney for the office where he drafts and reviews wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care directives, and other related documents. Ryan is also a Registered Investment Adviser where he assists clients with investment advice and management, retirement planning, and overall financial structuring and guidance.
